What you'll do:

• Greet Clients

• Collaborate with clients from start to finish on their design projects and build lasting relationships

• Design, sell and manage simultaneous client projects through all phases with a high level of detail

• Merchandise new products, including styling retail items, labeling and producing catalog notes and photos

• Collaborate, partner and communicate with the team to manage projects from concept to completion and achieve sales

• Provide tile, wood and stone advice to homeowners, interior designers and builders

• Establish new relationships and build your own bank of interior designers, architects and builders

• Schedule design appointments for existing and potential clients, offer pricing, enter data, exude an inspiring work ethic and get the job done

 

Job Requirements:

​

• Minimum of One (1) year of interior design experience or prior retail/sales experience

• Knowledge of hard surface flooring is a plus

• Proficient in basic mathematical skills

• Must be self-motivated and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office and QuickBooks

• Must be well-kempt and dressed appropriately for a creative and professional work environment
